Ingredients
          500 g potatoes
          200 g carrots
          200 g broccoli
          50 g celery
          50 ml cream for cooking
          1 tbsp butter
          pepper
          500 ml milk

          Method
              Cooked vegetables put in a suitable container and blend together with the cream and the butter. Add milk and if necessary water, move in a saucepan over low heat and serve warm.
