Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
5 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp dry mashed potatoes
5-6 cloves garlic (passion)
3 eggs
5-7 sprigs pre-milled and squeezed spinach
6 sour pickles chopped
5-6 tbsp cornmeal
breadcrumbs for rolling
1 tsp baking powder dissolved in 1 tbsp yogurt
salt, pepper or fennel of your choice
150 g sausage, chopped or minced meat baked

Method
Everything mixed to give a slurry. Formed into pellets or balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and baked or fried. Bake porozavyavane at 250C degrees left to cool and then taken out of the tray. If fry except breadcrumbs nice to dip in egg and breadcrumbs to avoid collapse.

made them fried and it took me a long time but it was worth. Another way would be baked:) and pickles grated.
I prefer them roasted :) I'm glad that you liked grated cucumbers are a very good idea to take :)!
