Dolmas with potatoes and rice

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 onion
1/2 head celery
1 carrot
1 cup Rice
2-3 potatoes
salt
parsley
pepper
Method
Chop in small pieces, carrots and celery - diced. Fry together in a little oil. After 10 minutes, add chopped potatoes. When tender, are put rice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Take a leaf of cabbage and turns dolma. Ready dolmas are arranged in the pan, pour water and bake until browned.
