Ingredients
2 large pickled cabbage or vine leaves dry
3 cups Baldo rice
4-5 onions or leeks
2-3 tbsp tomato
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp paprika
10 g ground pepper
15 g mint
salt

Method
Cut the onion previously cleaned and onions sauté them with a little water and oil until soft and acquiring a nice golden color. Then it is added to the red pepper and tomatoes and last but not least add the cleaned and washed rice. Pour about 4 cups water. The mixture was stirred until consumption of the water and remain in the fat. Finally put and spices. Allow to stand for a while, and starts with winding of the dolmas, it is preferable to form smaller. Place in a suitable container and cook over low heat about 30 minutes. Serve with yogurt.

winter comes and I doyadoha stuffed cabbage. Make them as big as yours. Put savory instead of mint.
