Ingredients
4 knakeri or other smoked sausage
4 marinated peppers
4 pickles
200 g cheese
1 kg puff pastry
4 yolks
4 tsp feta cheese Gouda (or similar)
Method
Prick sausages in several places with a fork, cut the peppers into strips, cucumbers - at length (each of four pieces) and cheese - julienne. Arrange them on the puff dough and envy. Greased the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with grated feta cheese. Put curled sausage in pan and bake about 20 minutes at about 200 C.
