Method
The meat is fried in hot sunflower oil. Take out the meat and fry the onion, finely chopped carrot, cut into sticks, hot pepper and mushrooms also cut. Pour sauce 3 tbsp tomato paste, sugar, starch, broth 1 cup crushed in water, red wine, broken white, ginger, black pepper and salt.
