Spring soup with sorrel

Ingredients
200-300 g dock
1/2 bunch parsley
3 green onions
garlic 1 sprig
4 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g rice
1-2 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
salt
pepper

Method
Chopped onion, garlic, parsley and scalding dock. Put it in a pot and pour water, boil and subsequently put the washed rice and spices. When the broth is cooked whisk the eggs with vinegar and thicken.
