Stewed Duck

Ingredients
1 duck
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
2-3 onions
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g) flour
2 cloves garlic
6-8 grains of pepper
bay leaf
wine vinegar
3/4 cup (150 ml) broth
salt
Method
The cut portions duck fry in olive oil and the portions are removed. In the remaining oil fry the chopped onion, add the flour, fry is, pour broth and add the tomato paste, crushed garlic, spices, salt, meat portions and stew under lid until soft. Quarter of an hour before the end of the sauce is acidified with vinegar. In the same way you can prepare chicken or goose.
