Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients
500 ml strawberry compote
500 ml sour cream
2 prepared cake bases
20 g gelatin
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar

Method
In tray is placed one base and syrupy juice compote. Egg whites and sugar are broken snow, add the cream and drained strawberries and dorazsheetva to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Gelatin is poured into a bowl with a bit of juice compote, leave five minutes to swell, then heated on the stove for less than a minute, should be like liquid honey. The molten gelatin is added to the mixture in a thin stream while stirring. A portion of the mixture was poured onto a syrup base. Top placed second base, again syrupy juice compote and pour remaining mixture. Leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Comments

As regards the latter must not depend on the size of the baking pan. For me, one line is crust and a half. Therefore recipe are 3 ponds, but actually two lines!
