Vegetables with Tofu

Ingredients
150 g tofu
200 g broccoli
100 g of green peas
1/2 leeks
1 green pepper
150 g canned soy sprouts
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame
salt
Method
Tofu cut into strips immersed in water for 2-3 minutes, drain and izdushava on a napkin. Blanched broccoli - place in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Remove and put in cold water. Other vegetables are cut into strips. Tofu fried in hot sunflower oil on all sides until browned, then drain on paper. In the same oil fry the leeks for the first 2-3 minutes, and then the peppers, broccoli, peas, soy sprouts, garlic and ginger while stirring. Add tofu dish and leave the fire for 2 minutes. Add salt, sprinkle with sesame seeds and watered with soy sauce.
