Beef cooked in a pressure cooker

Ingredients
700 g veal (maybe pork)
2 carrots
2 onions
2-3 peppers (red and green)
2-3 tomatoes (maybe canned)
about 1 kg potatoes
3-4 bay leaves
black pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Veal cut into pieces and boiled slightly (until release foam). Water, which is boiled discarded. All vegetables are cut into desired size and placed in a pressure cooker. Add spices, meat, and water (to fill about 2/3 of the pot). Place on the stove and bring to the boil detected about 40 minutes on low heat. * I have prepared the soup with the products listed in 6 liter pressure cooker.
