Ingredients
4-5 zucchini
1/3 cup sunflower oil
fresh dill
1 head of garlic
vinegar
salt

Method
Courgettes cut into slices, and they in turn bars. Salted. Stay 30 minutes to let the water drain and place in a large pan. Confused with the oil, pour 1 cup water and bake in preheated oven until slightly stronger browning. Once you are ready, still hot be confused with the chopped dill, pressed garlic and vinegar to taste. The very confusion something like pate. Salad or appetizer consumed necessarily chilled.

Well, just ask - why drained zucchini juice them, provided that return the same amount of water (one cup). And would not it be more delicious if you leave their own water (one that drains from courgettes) than normal. Ultimately, the liquid is separated from them is almost as much as we add then.

didkapan, I also would not squeezing your own juice, courgettes to them pour tap water :) Even some varieties do not place any juice and may indeed be necessary to add fluid, even without being squeezed.
