Ingredients
1 onion
8 cloves garlic
400 g potatoes
1 tbsp butter
500 ml vegetable broth
100 g cream, may sour
salt, pepper
Method
Onions and garlic (according to taste, one can use more or less garlic) were cut into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and also cut into cubes. In a saucepan heat the butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Add potatoes and vegetable broth. Allow to simmer about 25 minutes. Shortly before the end of cooking add the cream. Pureed in blender, flavor with salt and pepper. Serve with fried croutons.
