Ingredients
800 g lamb chops

1 cup white wine
4 tbsp flour

Method
Cutlets crushed with a hammer, pre-moistened with water. Meat fry in heated vegetable oil. Cutlets Add salt, sprinkle with pepper and pour wine. Stew to a ready state, remove and drain.
