Roasted peppers stuffed with carrots and cabbage

Ingredients
5 kg red peppers
1 kg carrots
1 kg cabbage
400 ml vinegar
400 ml sunflower oil
1 cup sugar
parsley
salt
Method
Broil the peppers and place in a closed container, each row sprinkle with a little salt. Peel the peppers and put them in enameled saucepan, where they pour the vinegar, the oil, sugar and salt. Confuse them and leave them to rest for a half an hour in this mixture. During this time you prepare the filling. Carrots grated and chopped cabbage. Subtract peppers, put in a few minutes the carrots into the mixture, then drained and we fill them half peppers. Other peppers stuffed with cabbage, also immerse for a few minutes in the marinade. Thus prepared peppers arrange tightly in jars, as between them rasim fresh parsley and optional peeled garlic cloves. Pour them with the strained marinade and sterilize for 1 hour.
