Salad of beetroot and gherkins

Ingredients
500 g of red beets
2-3 pickles
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
vinegar or lemon juice
Method
Sweep beet boil in slightly acidified water until soft. Peel it and cut it into small pieces. Mix with chopped cucumbers. Pour sunflower oil, sour taste and mix. Serve well chilled salad.
