Ingredients
2 handfuls (500 g) green beans
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 bunch fresh onions
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) paprika
1 egg
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
4-5 cloves garlic
parsley
salt
Method
Green beans cut into pieces after being cleaned and washed, pour 5-6 cups of warm water and put the fire to boil. Onions, finely chopped, stew in the oil until soft, stir in the flour and paprika and add to the softened beans. Soup, add salt to taste and boil for another 20 minutes. After downloading it from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley and bind with the egg and yogurt. In serving its add crushed garlic.
