Tulonska soup with garlic (Touraine Toulouse)

Ingredients
6 cloves garlic
40 g goose lard
2 eggs
pepper
salt
white bread
lard for frying
Method
Fry the chopped garlic in goose lard, bay with 1.2 l of water and boiled for a few minutes. Egg whites are broken down into the snow, add to soup and allowed to harden. Yolks break with a little soup, remove the soup from the heat, add the egg yolks, pepper, salt, pour into plates, which are placed bakery bites, fried in lard. Serve immediately.
