Method
Wash plums, cut in length of two to remove the stones, put them in a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar. Tray was placed in a preheated oven for 10 minutes (200 C). Well, even if it is not compote in the most familiar sense plums in own juice as will happen. To me that's why I like - not watered down taste, but only kanservirani. You can trust them with foil and then more hot overlay them in jars with screw without them brew.

We are making such compote and a very nice, strong aroma and taste siropcheto becomes thick but is normally sweet ... and put a little cinnamon.
