Ingredients
20 large mushrooms
1 onion
1/2 bunch parsley
2 cloves garlic
20 g butter
100 g cheese
4 tbsp cream

Method
Mushrooms should be cleaned and washed. Cut stumps and together with the onion, garlic and parsley finely, then fry in heated butter. After the mixture cooled down to it was added cream and less than grated cheese. Mix well and add salt. With so prepared mixture is filled mushroom caps, arranged in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and bake in a preheated to 200 ° C oven for 10-15 minutes.
