Beef steak with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
4 steaks
80 g butter
1 onion
120 g mushrooms
150 g cream
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) meat broth
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
4 potatoes
pepper
salt
Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in half of the butter to yellowing, add the flour and the chopped mushrooms fry is flooded with cream and broth and stir. Steaks are lightly crushed Add salt, sprinkle pepper, fry on both sides in the rest of the butter, add the mushroom sauce and stew half an hour. Add the diced potatoes, add salt, sprinkle pepper and stew until soft.
