Banitsa with leeks, mushrooms and three cheeses

Ingredients
400 g filo pastry sheets
125 g melted butter
1 stalk leek
500 g mushrooms
100 g cheese
100 g feta cheese
100 g processed cheese
1 tsp thyme
sunflower oil
salt and pepper
# TOPPING:
4 eggs
3 tbsp sour cream

Method
Leeks and mushrooms are cut and smothered in the oil. Season with thyme, salt, pepper and sauté until ready. The mixture was allowed to cool. Cheese cut into cubes and mix with mushrooms and leeks. Namaslyava is a round tray and bottom put 3 sheets of phyllo. Gets sheet and smear with butter. Place a portion of filling. The sheet is caught with his hands in the four corners and creases so that it looked like a rose. Place the tray. Similarly are prepared the other wafers. Eggs and the cream and pour this mixture sheet. The banitsa bake at 200C.
