Ingredients
          600 g pork
          150-200 g hunting or Serbian sausage
          1 cup sauerkraut juice
          1 tbsp flour
          1 onion
          1 tsp mustard
          1 tsp paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, lovage, parsley, savory
          1 cup vegetable broth
              Method
              Meat form 4 large pork chops, which are crushed on both sides. Sausage is peeled and divided into four pieces. Onion cut into small pieces. Steaks are coated on one side with mustard, onion, paprika and cumin. They greased by hand wraps and sausage. Tied with thread, put in a shallow dish and pour the juice of sauerkraut. Boil 40 minutes. Then removed a plate and released from the thread. To the sauce in which they were cooked roulades, add flour mixed into vegetable broth and spices. Prepared sauce let simmer for 5 minutes and added roulades and simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice and fresh salad.
