Kozunak roll stuffed with jam and walnuts

Ingredients
500 ml milk
200 g sugar
5 eggs
grated lemon peel
1 cube of yeast
125 g butter
1.5 kg flour
# For the filling:
jam or -gasto sweet
chopped walnuts
# spreads:
1 yolk
sugar
chopped walnuts

Method
Of the products is kneaded dough kozunak. Leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in volume. Kneaded again and divided into 3 balls that are rolled in pastry 1 cm thick. Spread with jam and walnuts and rolled rolls. Put in cake form and leave to rise again. A bit like rise was smeared with beaten yolk and sprinkle with plenty of sugar and walnuts. Bake until browned in a moderate oven. From the same dough can be made and muffins with different fillings.
