Mesenitsa cheese

Ingredients
300 ml water or milk
20 g fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg
300-400 g feta cheese
1 yolk for brushing
flour for soft dough

Method
Yeast was dissolved in a little water (milk). Sieve about 1 kg of flour is doing well and it is added yeast, salt, sugar, eggs, the oil, water (milk) knead into a soft dough. Roll out thin crust smeared with butter, put it crumbled feta cheese and rolled then twist arms like a rope. Leave to rise dab with yolk. Optional can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.
