Partridge with mushrooms

Ingredients
2 partridges
25 g mushrooms
1 cup (200 ml) red wine
40 g lard
40 g butter
flour
salt
rice
Method
Cleaned partridges Add salt, sprinkle lightly with flour, place in preheated lard, pour water and cook until soft. Cleaned and cut into pieces mushrooms fried in butter, add partridges, pour the wine and stew a little. Partridges tender cut into halves, arranged in bowls with steamed rice and pour the thick sauce of mushrooms.
