Potato gratin with fresh milk and cream

Ingredients
50 g butter
1 tsp salt
1 kg potatoes
garlic
pepper
1 cup liquid cooking cream
2 cup milk
Method
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Arrange in a baking dish, add the spices. Pour the milk and bake in a moderate oven. When the milk boil off add the cream. Bake until the potatoes are soft. Finally, cut the butter into small cubes and arrange on top.
