Tangerines with cognac sauce

Ingredients
6 mandarins
25 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
3 tbsp cognac
6 balls of vanilla ice cream
few crunchy cookies for garnish
Method
Mandarins Peel and cross cut in halves. The butter is melted in a pan with a thick bottom, sprinkle with sugar and stir until it dissolves. Pour the orange juice and the mixture was boiled for 2-3 minutes, until it becomes a syrup. Add mandarins and cognac and everything boil 3-4 minutes, pour the fruit with syrup. Mandarin halves are divided into dessert dishes, pour in cognac sauce and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with a little crushed crumbs of crackers.
