Zucchini Soup with milk

Ingredients
400 g zucchini
2 tomatoes
1/3 cup rice
3 green onions
4 tbsp olive oil
1L milk
pinch of red pepper
1 bunch dill
1 yolk
salt
pepper
Method
Wash the courgettes and cut into small pieces. Boil until soft in a saucepan with 1 liter of salted water. Onion stew in olive oil and add to it the peeled and chopped tomatoes and red pepper. Mix and pour over boiling water zucchini. Add the clean rice and pepper. As boiled rice and milk make up. Soup thicken pre cooked yolk, crushed and washed away a portion of soup. Serve scatter with chopped dill.

One liter of milk is not a lot? We love vegetable supichki. When it's the season of courgettes, regularly make such soup.

milk is up at the end, if it seems very puts it all.

Delicious supichka it, put less milk, however! Bravo gold!
