Beans salad with bacon

Ingredients
200-300 g of cooked white beans
100-120 g striped bacon
2 peppers
1 carrot
1-2 leeks onion
# For the sauce:
1 onion
fresh parsley
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 pinches of pepper
1 tsp salt
Method
Fry in pan thinly sliced ​​bacon. Remove bacon, and in the same oil fry the chopped onion crescents for 10 minutes on low heat. Transfer the onion in a bowl, blend together with other products for the sauce and 50 ml water. In a bowl put the beans and chopped leek and carrot. Add the peppers, which are diced. Pour the sauce. Immediately prior to fetching put bacon to stay crunchy.
