Ingredients
          200-300 g of cooked white beans
          100-120 g striped bacon
          2 peppers
          1 carrot
          1-2 leeks onion
          # For the sauce:
          1 onion
          fresh parsley
          2 tbsp vinegar
          1 tbsp mustard
          2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
          2 pinches of pepper
          1 tsp salt
              Method
              Fry in pan thinly sliced bacon. Remove bacon, and in the same oil fry the chopped onion crescents for 10 minutes on low heat. Transfer the onion in a bowl, blend together with other products for the sauce and 50 ml water. In a bowl put the beans and chopped leek and carrot. Add the peppers, which are diced. Pour the sauce. Immediately prior to fetching put bacon to stay crunchy.
