Chicken livers skewered

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
1 onion
1 pepper
sunflower oil
pepper, salt
wooden skewers
Method
Cleanse livers from the skins and cut them equal pieces. Boil them for 2-3 minutes in boiling water (maybe in a microwave oven in a suitable container). Wash them with cold water. Strung them on skewers alternating them with a slice of onion and a slice of pepper. Salt the greased with sunflower oil and bake in preheated grill pan or BBQ until browned. Sprinkle with black pepper Serve with mashed potatoes or a side dish of your choice.
