Crab Soup

Ingredients
15-16 crab
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (40 g) rice
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cancer clean and well washed, pour 6-7 cups cold salted water and boil, then separate the meat from the tails and claws. In fat stew chopped onion with the cloves of garlic and flour. Pour the broth from crabs and bring to the boil. Add the rice and crab meat. Dovaryava soup, thicken with eggs and yogurt and sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley.
