Method
In sipvam pan a little olive oil. Add the diced zucchini and chopped garlic. Fry until the courgettes start to become golden or at least until they are ready. Pour the zucchini and garlic in a bowl and mash them with a fork or your convenience. And can be passaged. Then add some yogurt as to cover them and become thick mixture. And add salt and mix. * Very tasty as it becomes smear pieces of baguette.
