Ingredients
10 kg bell peppers or sweet pepper
1 liter of sunflower oil
500 g salt
100 g garlic
2 tbsp (20 g) pepper
1,5 l vinegar
10 bay leaf
Method
Selects ripe peppers. Washed and cleaned from the stems and seeds. Cut into halves and fry gently in the heated sunflower oil. Leave to cool completely. Arrange in jars and salting. Between the lines put cloves garlic, black pepper and bay leaf. Pour in the oil, which are fried, diluted with vinegar. Pressed with weight and keep cold.
