Ingredients
          4 kg peppers
          # For the marinade:
          1 liter of water
          250 ml vinegar
          200 ml sunflower oil
          200 g sugar
          2 tbsp salt
          2 bay leaf
          5-6 peppercorns
          2 cloves
          2 grains allspice
              Method
              Peppers are washed and cleaned from the stems and seeds. Cut into 4 lengthwise. Products marinade (without vinegar) Boil for 5 minutes. Finally add the vinegar. The peppers are placed in boiling water for 2 minutes to blanched. Remove and place in marinade boiling on low heat for 5 minutes. The peppers are put into sterilized jars, pour marinade to boiling and close.     * I made them in 5 liter jar.
