Ingredients
10 kg green pepper
600 g salt
200 g garlic
3 bunches of parsley
1 tbsp (10 g) pepper
bay leaf 10
500 ml sunflower oil
4 l vinegar
Method
Washed peppers are roasted over high heat. Once cool to add salt and leave to stand for 12 hours to drain. Arrange in containers between them put cloves garlic, black pepper and bay leaf. Top pressed with weight. Pour with sunflower oil and vinegar. Keeping cold.
