Souffle bean

Ingredients
750 g beans
1/2 onion
stalk celery
2 eggs
250 g of milk
flour for thickening
rosemary
cheese
Method
Beansa Boil and drain the water. In olive oil sauté the chopped onion and celery. Eggs are broken. Boil the milk with a little flour to thicken, add a little rosemary and boil to thicken, add salt. After removing from the fire, a trickle and constantly stirring add eggs. started blending of beans, while adding onion stew with celery and milk with the eggs. After blending, the mixture is filled to 2/3 pans for baking (it shapes custard), then grated cheese and then the cheese is filled to the brim with blending mixture and ending again with grated cheese. bake in preheated oven until browned.
