Ingredients
3 pork or beef tongue
6-7 glasses green onions
1 carrot
3 tomatoes or 400 g of tin
1 stalk celery
2 tbsp vegeta or spices of your choice
2 tsp paprika
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
1 onion
2 tbsp flour
salt
5-6 peppercorns

Method
Languages are cooked with a little salt, pepper, bay leaf and Split onion for about an hour and a half - two hours. Remove and cut into slices. In a separate saucepan pour the oil, paprika, chopped green onion and carrot. Make up part of the broth in which they mumbo languages and add tomatoes. Once softened add other products. Finally, a compressed fuzzy flour with water. Serve with 2-3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes or steamed rice.
