Spicy pork knuckle

Ingredients
2 pork knuckle
5 large cloves garlic
1 bay leaf, red pepper, black pepper, turmeric, oregano, basil
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
The pig knuckle boiled for half an hour in salted water with the bay leaf. Garlic cut into slices. Shpikovat is dzholanchetata with garlic. Mix other spices and sprinkle dzholanchetata. Lubricated with mayonnaise. Put in the pan, wrapped in foil, make up some water and baked for 30-40 minutes until browned.
