Zucchini Rice

Ingredients
6-7 (850 g) zucchini
1-2 connections (200 g) onion
1 cup (200 g) rice
2-3 (200 g) tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 g) vegetable oil
dill
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
In fat sauté chopped onions and diced zucchini. Add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and sauté lightly also. The mixture is poured warm water and add salt. Once boiled, is added to it rice. The dish is boiled for 5-6 minutes, then pour into a baking dish with chopped parsley and dill and crushed black pepper and bake in the oven.
