500 g zucchini

Method
Potatoes are boiled, peeled and grated. Courgettes grate grater and squeeze the juice well. In a large bowl mix the potatoes, courgettes, chopped onions, garlic, dill and parsley and add the feta cheese and egg white. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smeared with egg yolks.
