Fast fish soup

Ingredients
160 g canned Mackerel confit
160 g canned Sprat
1 small onion
3 grated tomatoes
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper, salt
chopped parsley
lemon juice
Method
In 1 liter of boiling salted water, put the onion, tomatoes and sunflower oil. Leave to boil for 10 minutes. Add the contents of the cans and pepper and mix. Boil 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.

Instead confit put fish salad and that was delicious. I added fish, noodles and red pepper. The result is very good.

I am makes this soup with canned mackerel. I remember that she was compacted with meal, very interesting work.
