700 g language
3-4 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs

Method
Language is boiled in salted water (I brew in a pressure cooker). Still hot, peel of the skin and cut into slices. Then breaded in one of two ways: 1. Each slice is to add some flour, then dip in egg. 2. Slices are dipped in flour, egg, breadcrumbs, stay at least ten minutes to allow breadcrumbs to absorb from the egg, and then again in the egg. Fry in heated sunflower oil. Serve with pickle or salad.
