What is kritaraki what is rice ...? At least for me are incomprehensible names.

Kritaraki pasta is in the shape of an elongated rice. There are series of them miski and Stella. A recipe I wrote that may replace it with plain couscous, but the taste is a little different, at least for me!

a lot of interesting dish ... I did not use toothpaste that way. This paste is said Risi or slightly coarse - Risoni (just for this recipe) ie pasta in the shape of rice - that for those who live outside Bulgaria, where the pasta is Italian names. I definitely like the recipe.
