Moussaka Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken legs
150 g fresh mushrooms
500 g potatoes
2-3 sprigs parsley
1 onion
# TOPPING:
400 g yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
salt
1 cube chicken broth

Method
Boil in salted water the chicken legs. Cut them in small pieces. Broth is thrown. In sunflower oil fry the chopped onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle with chicken broth. There was further added a salt. Cut the potatoes into small cubes as moussaka and put them in the pan. Put on potatoes mushroom mixture, meat and parsley. Add salt with salt. Moussaka pour broth left over from the chicken. Moussaka put in a heated moderate oven and bake. Moussaka Stir occasionally. When moussaka is ready then add the yogurt mixed with egg, flour and salt. Leave in the oven to seal topping.

chicken legs replaced them with white meat, I added red pepper white dishes that do not like to topping a pinch of salt, moussaka get delicious and Mushroom Men gives a very pleasant taste.

Haha, color, like my father heard - and he is not worshiped white dishes :) Looks great picture, bravo!
