Method
In hot water dissolve the yeast and put sugar, beaten egg, salt and add them the water with the yeast. Interfere with the flour to form a soft dough. With a well-greased hands drag the corners to the mekitsi and fry them in a well-heated oil until golden. The more thin - more crispy. The dough can be prepared the night before and store in the refrigerator until morning.

Let's leave it to rise before you use it, but me personally I like even more as you make the dough the night before and leave it to rise slowly in the refrigerator until morning.
