Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
1 clove garlic
50 g butter or margarine
1 cup white wine or beer
150 g cream
500 g feta cheese
1 tbsp starch
little lemon juice
pepper
pinch of grated nutmeg

Method
The walls of the court, which will melt the feta cheese, are coated with a cut of two cloves of garlic. Pour oil, add grated feta cheese, stir a smooth slurry. The starch is mixed with wine (beer) and added to the mixture - was stirred until it thickens. Add spices. In processed cheese to dip pieces of bread. The feta cheese may be one or a mixture of cheese of your choice - smoked, melted, sheep or cow feta cheese, cheese.

Instead vessel can be used carved bread and bake the stuffing in the oven.

best varient is blue cheese - at least in my opinion. In most places, the recipe is Gouda, but I tried with both, and I think blue is much better.
