Ingredients
1 chicken about 1 kg
1 kg onion
150 g raisins
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp butter
salt
2 tsp sugar
1 g saffron

Method
The chicken is boiled and drained the broth. Cut into portions and set aside. In a large pan put the butter and onions, lightly fry and add ginger, cinnamon, sugar, saffron previously dissolved in 120 ml broth (water), add salt and add pepper. Mix well. Then put the chicken in the pan, pour the mixture, sprinkle with raisins and make about 300-500 ml water. Bake in preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
