Ingredients
1 chicken
125 g butter
1 head of garlic
pepper, salt
4 tbsp flour
3 cups broth (of chicken)

Method
The chicken is boiled in salted water. Chopped into pieces and fry in half butter. The rest of the flour and fry with constant stirring pour the cold broth. Boil on low heat. To the finished white sauce add the meat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Savoury dish with crushed garlic and pepper.
