300 g of ripe mango
50 ml cream
1 sachet saffron
300 ml sweetened condensed milk
Cream is gently heated on the stove, to relax with saffron. Get out of the heat and mixed with condensed milk. The cleaned mango is passaged until a homogeneous mixture was then poured in milk and cream. Pour into 4 cups and placed in the freezer for at least 8 hours. 10 minutes before serving removed, and decorate with pieces of fruit.
